A Bit About YOU

Hey, girl hey. So the world says you should have it ALL togetherhuh?

You thought you were ready to take on the world, but excessive worry is kicking your butt. The ideas keep pouring in but you feel exhausted and mentally cloudy, overwhelmed with thoughts of all the things you need to do. Meditation sounds cool, but you can't figure out how to quiet your brain? You make a commitment to start journaling, but it never quite sticks.

Maybe you've begun to kick yourself because you have thoughts of being unworthy-even questioning the accomplishments you've earned, you have fears of missing out on life because everyone's Instagram says you should be dating, engaged, married, own a home, traveling weekly or having kiddos. Or, could it be that you've said yes to others so many times that neglecting YOU has become the norm?

How would it feel if you could be open with yourself, improve the way you think, and heal the parts of your spirit that is preventing you from living your very best life?

How would it feel if you could JUST. BE. YOU?

Why Me?

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

My entire life I've been a talker, I believe that God optimized my ears for this very career and that I've been led to discover the person that is buried deeply. It took a while for me to become the woman that I am today and I'm holding on to her. I am witty, sarcastic and challenging in both by personal and therapy life. Through my spiritual journey, I have grown to love my flaws and treat myself with kindness

-after all, it's free.

Honest, Thoughtful and Healing is my philosophy. My natural compassion and curiosity will be pushed to its deepest depths to tap into your deepest layers, I will challenge you to look at your darkest parts and begin to love them.

I am a lover of nature and visiting places with mountains to be one with God's creation- my personal coping skill. Through inner child work I have found the things that needed repair and I've done the work. My hope is that you are ready to do the same.
